Greetings from Qatar Tamizhar Sangam.

We are pleased to inform you all that with reference to our constitutional guidelines, Mr. Muthu, Membership no. 155 has been appointed as Election officer to conduct the forthcoming election by the QTS president on the recommendation of MC members. This has been informed to ICC and got their approval.

As recommended by EO, QTS council members shall kindly note the following regarding the Election for QTS Managing Committee for the term 2025 to 2026.

Election will be held as per the schedule given in the table below for the following positions as per QTS Constitution.

1. QTS – 1 position

2. QTS Managing Committee – 10 positions (out of which 2 has to be Female members)

Refer to Article 33 in the enclosed QTS election rules (extract from QTS Constitution) for eligibility of nominations and voting.

Please submit your nominations to the Election Officer Mr MUTHU (Tel: 55519834) at [email protected] or Additional Election Officer Mr. A. SENTHIL ATHIBAN (Tel: 55244246) at [email protected] within the prescribed date and time. The election will be conducted on the Digipoll platform/app.

Please note that the filing of nomination papers shall be done in coordination (direct calling and fixing time and venue) with EO or Additional EO by the candidates.
